Dreams

Dear readers of Heartless Words,

The beauty of dreaming is something so indescribable. Dreaming is a gift. Every human is privileged with the capability of dreaming. Dreams are defined as a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleeping.

Everyone goes through hard times and hardships, and , obviously, every person is deferent and so unique that he/she have their own way of dealing with hardships. There is a huge percentage of people that get over the situation their in by dreaming. I believe that dreams takes a person to someplace out of this world and puts him/her in a new world where you'll  learn or gain something. I also believe that every dream has a message to send to that person. The message can either be a solution to a problem ones facing, or a warning to some of the decisions one is taking.

Furthermore, people should appreciate the dreams one's dreaming, and never lie about them. Dreams are so precious that one should never want to lose, otherwise how could we imagine and start thinking out side the box? It all starts with a dream, a vision, a thought, or even an image. Eleanor Roosevelt said " The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."

I say " Dream, because dreams are inspirational. Live and achieve to prove to the world what your mind is capable of doing." The mind is capable of doing a lot of things, but all the mind is asking for is exercising it a little and feeding it with healthy information. Then you'll see an outcome you never thought that was even possible.

To sum up, dreams are very important in ones life. Don't let your imagination and thoughts go to waste, but rather work on them even if they seem unreachable. "Follow your dreams, believe in yourself and don't give up." - Rachel Corrie

I'll leave you with this, "A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work." - Colin Powell. Lastly, Don't let the world change your smile, but let your smile change the world.

Relationships

Dear readers of Heartless Words,

I would like to take a few minutes and talk about relationships, wether it was between a guy and a girl, or two friends. Relationship is usually defined as the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected. Sometimes being connected is a bond, a certain similarity, or even a common interest, but to be in love with someone is different. Loving someone else has its own feelings, emotions, thinking, living, and loving.

To be in a relationship should have its pros and cons. It will have its good times and its bad times, but those are the things that count, because it shows how much you love the other significant. Any relationship is like an electrical circuit. For example, let's say that this electrical circuit has two power sources and one outcome. You won't have an outcome if neither the power sources gave any energy, and even if one of them gave all the energy it has it'll also go to waste. To have a good outcome you need both of the power sources to give the energy it has. A relationship is just like that, you can't have a functioning relationship if only one power source is working, even if it's giving everything it has.

However,  even though people are so different they're so alike. Everyone has their giving stage and their receiving stage, i.e let's say that one of the two couple is giving and the other is receiving, maybe, both of the couple are happy at that point, but let's say that that persons time of giving ran out and it's time for him/her to receive, but the other significant isn't giving. The couple won't be happy. For a relationship to stay healthy both significants should give and receive, even though sometimes people don't like to give, but in a relationship it's very important to have both giving and receiving.

In an other example, there is a boy and a girl. The guy is ready to text the girl all day long, but when he texts her and she's busy but doesn't let him know that she's busy, obviously, the guy is going to start worrying, and ,more less, keeping in mind that persons surrounding, if  he was surrounded by his friends, and his friends knew that she hasn't replied in a while they'll either make it worse or better. It also can be the other way around. So people should be careful if one is interested in the other person and doesn't want to lose them or start a fight.

To sum up, it is very important for a relationship to face challenges, because it makes it stronger, and at the end of the day both couples know that they can't live without the other. Also, one should keep in mind that the other significant is going to give until a certain point, and from then it's on that person to start giving.

I'll leave you with this, You don't develop courage by being happy in your relationships everyday. You develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity - Epicurus. Lastly, Don't let the world change your smile, but let your smile change the world.

Introduction

Dear readers of Heartless Words,

This is where I start sharing my thoughts and experiences. It is very important for everyone to have a written record of the thoughts and experiences ones living... I am starting this blog upon a special request from a special person. I have noticed that I started writing a lot, especially after two dramatic changes in my life.

First dramatic change was an eye opener for me. I was a normal high schooler in Kuwait, a very small country in the middle east and is a part of the GCC counties, when I was just a 15 year old high schooler, I was informed that I got accepted in becoming a foreign exchange student in the US, and become a member of the YES family. Youth Exchange & Study (YES): is a program funded by the US department of state that gives mostly Muslim high school students the opportunity to study a whole year in the states. I'm not going to get into this now, but you can read about the program on their website  (http://yesprograms.org/).

The second dramatic change in my life is meeting a special person. Sadly I can not say anything about that person, but I can tell parts of my story with that person. Let us call him/her cookie. I met cookie on my last three days of being an exchange student. We actually met in D.C. Looking back to it, I regret every second not spending time with cookie, but I did not know what I know now. Two days past, and I did not know what he/she was trying to do, but on the third day we started bonding. Cookie saw something in me that no-one else saw. I don't know what cookie saw in me, not even now... Anyways, when the time came to say goodbye we didn't get the chance to, it was sad, but we kept in touch even after we arrived in our hometowns. We started talking more and more until I started writing. I started writing down what came to my mind and soul. Cookie was and still is willing to read what I write, and then he/she suggested that I start a blog, and now I have.

Furthermore, I wish that you enjoy what you are going to read, and that I keep on writing and publishing. I do enjoy writing, so I'll try not to stop. I would also like to thank Cookie for the support. I would like to thank anyone who was involved in the two dramatic changes in my life, and also thank my friends that stood by my side while I faced all kinds of challenges.

I would like to leave you with this... Always stand firm with what you believe in. Work hard and make yourself who you want to be rather than shadowing someone else's dream. Lastly, Don't let the world change your smile, but let your smile change the world.
